**Hotel Maintenance employee** is responsible for the overall grounds, maintenance, and repair of the physical building and equipment. Must be able to respond to radio guest calls and guest requests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Excellent attendance, valid Drivers License and stable work history and verifiable references are required.

**Requirements**:

- Physical requirements include bending, reaching above the head, lifting up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and 50 lbs occasionally. Two-man lifts also required.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and write in the English language.
- A minimum of two years of maintenance related work experience.
- Flexible availability that includes weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.31 - $23.24 per hour
