Overview:
Safari West Wildlife Preserve and Guest Resort (Tent Camp) is located on 400 acres with around 1,000 animals and birds. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

This position is for the morning/day shift: Hours are from approximately 6am -2:30.

Our season typically runs through the holidays with a brief slow down period Jan and Feb.

Servers must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs., walk and stand for up to 8 hours; dependable transportation is a must.

We observe all recommended safety protocol.

Food and Alcohol Handler certifications are required and can be acquired on the job. Please send resume and include dates worked at each position. References and a background checks will be required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
