**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to patients in the home setting.
- Teach patients skills that will help them to be successful in their home environment.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other professionals.
- Implement behavior modification techniques.

**Job Type: Part-time**

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

- After school 3-7:30 p.m
- Day shift is available: 12-3pm
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- In-home

- Children: 1 year (preferred)
