We are seeking a **Central Indexing Unit Processor I** for a temporary, hourly position at our Danville, IL office, available through the summer or until the project is complete. The role involves initial in-office training, followed by a hybrid work schedule. The position requires a Monday through Friday commitment from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include reviewing and indexing scanned documents with the appropriate custom properties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily indexing of scanned documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in scanning historical and new documents when needed.
- Review documents that have been returned and correct indexed custom properties as needed.
- Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.
- Responsive to internal and external client needs.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
- Ability to get along with others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent computer keying abilities is a must for both speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Discretion and confidentiality a must.
**Education and/or Experience**
High School diploma or equivalent required
**Computer Skills**
Ability to operate office equipment. Ability to operate the following personal computer Windows software packages: Word and Excel
