Position Overview The Solutions Architect role at Cupcake Home Improvements is crucial and transcends traditional roofing sales. This role is about understanding and fulfilling homeowner needs with precision and care, ensuring every client interaction contributes to a lasting relationship. Our Solutions Architects are expert advisors, educators, and advocates for our clients. They navigate the complexities of home improvement projects with expertise and grace, ensuring every homeowner feels informed, valued, and respected.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consultative Sales: Engage with homeowners to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that go beyond the standard sales pitch.
- Educational Engagement: Empower homeowners with knowledge, helping them understand the benefits and processes of our services, and making informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Foster lasting relationships with clients, turning satisfied customers into loyal promoters of our brand.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to project completion.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, while upholding the values and standards of Cupcake Home Improvements.

**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in roofing sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to and engage with diverse clientele.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a strong ability to persuade and close deals.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and experience in managing full project lifecycles.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration and achieving set goals.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
