**Summary/objective**

The Technician is responsible for, but is not limited to, inspecting, and cleaning all Camera equipment upon return from rentals, configuring Camera equipment for client rental, pulling, and loading and unloading of Camera equipment and its associated check-in and storage. The incumbent maintains the general warehouse facility according to the standards set forth by the Company. The employee is also expected to understand and comply with all Company Policies and Safety Regulations and to report any hazards and unsafe practices immediately. The employee utilizes Camera equipment handling machines such as forklifts and order pickers to assist in job tasks. The employee may, depending on assignment, operate Company vehicles in delivering and returning equipment.

**Essential functions**
- May or may not coordinate the workload within department and or act as department lead
- Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair the Company’s equipment resources in the warehouse. This includes completing the configuration (preparation), repair and return of equipment in assigned area of responsibility in the time frame and order specified by and set forth by management.
- Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity count data into proprietary software when performing check-out or check-in tasks, ensuring that the data entered is accurate and comprehensive.
- Ensure that the quality of all equipment prepared in assigned area of responsibility meets or exceeds standards of performance defined by Company guidelines.
- Complete Company paperwork as required.
- Re-stock equipment correctly according to standards set forth by the depot.
- Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Participates in set-up, operation and break-down of client shows, including but not limited to, corporate events, tradeshows, exhibits, concerts, theatrical productions, etc.
- Does related work as required.
- Functions: Pull, Prep, Test, Return to inventory all equipment.
- Accurately log in and out inventory.
- Identify all equipment and product by name and have a basic understanding of function.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends when job requires.
- Must be able to work with people with a team mind set.
- Prepare equipment for shipping with proper wrapping and packaging techniques.
- Must be able to navigate through proprietary inventory system in the event the Lead is out of the office.
- Prepare for upcoming jobs by ensuring prep bays are allocated and Fulfillment of jobs will be completed on-time
- Set up or assist in set up of rental equipment for in house test and adjust or client demo.
- Maintain an organized safe work area while always adhering to Health and Safety best practices.
- Maintains a clean and organized prep floor, including prep tech tools, supplies and typical prep expendables
- Ensures that clients who are prepping have everything they need during their prep

Qualifications:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Working knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of the electronic equipment to which the incumbent is assigned
- Basic Understanding of 120V / 208V Electricity.
- Working knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace Safety
- Working knowledge of common computer productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office; the ability to learn and utilize PRG proprietary software
- Strong communicator, both on paper and over the phone and in person, as position requires frequent dealings with clients, outside vendors and multiple departments within the organization
