Role Summary:
Anthropologie is looking for an Allocator, who will maximize sales and profit through allocation and business analysis to achieve financial objectives

Role Responsibilities:

- Meeting or exceeding sales and inventory goals
- Allocate for one or more product classes
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines consistently and optimize processes to enhance productivity
- Utilize Excel to inform allocation decisions
- Analyze Sales to Stock ratios and product flow management - new purchase order and backstock
- Ensure stores are stocked to their minimum presentation quantities and/or appropriate WOS
- Ensure new stores open with appropriate stock levels
- Ensure the right product is delivered to stores at the right time
- Allocations to be completed in a time frame that aligns with current DC/FC shipment schedule
- Transfer product between DCs as needed
- Partner with planning to run selling analysis for current store performance to impact buys
- Identify Opportunities and risks, recognizing trends by product category, store and attribute level
- Utilize existing reporting or develop new reporting as needed to help inform analysis
- Communicate with the distribution center and store teams
- This includes updates, delayed PO inquiries, checking on allocations out of SLA, any questions related to MID allocations and maintaining a weekly report for any delays at the DC
- Respond to store inquiries on product stock/distribution statuses
- Communicate weekly with merchant teams about current business.
- Be vocal during Monday business meetings with any key findings, issues, questions
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge

Role Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in allocation
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business or a related field
