The Station Trainer role is pivotal, providing both initial and ongoing training to employees and supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

This position is essential for improving employee performance, promoting a safety culture, and upholding operational excellence in the airport setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver initial and recurrent training to all employees, covering areas such as new hire orientation, customer service, ramp operations, harassment prevention, and management concepts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess employee performance through regular observations and evaluations.
- Conduct orientation training sessions for new hires on company policies and industry-specific duties.
- Provide targeted training for supervisors who need to update their employees.
- Maintain precise training records and files for all employees.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions promptly to the appropriate authority.
- Collaborate with trainers from other organizations to fulfill additional training needs, including hazardous materials training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager based on airline activity or needs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- One year of experience in aviation training.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be able to travel on short notice.
- Completion of all training requirements and maintenance of certifications throughout employment.
- Physically fit to perform job duties, including standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions with exposure to loud noises.

- Shifts will be determined as per operational needs.
- Ability to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operations.
