**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for the maintenance of commercial landscapes.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience**
- Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required

**License or Certification**
- Valid Driver’s License issued from state of employment, preferred but not required.

**Specialized Skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service
- Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

- Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand and walk
- Must be able to see at close vision, distant vision, peripherally, have depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus

- Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

- Frequently works with mechanical objects and outside in all weather conditions
- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
- Frequently exposed to loud noise levels

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Ensure Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning
- Safe operation of equipment, including : 21” and 36” mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator
- Basic understanding of Plant ID
- Basic hand pruning skills
- Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges
- Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance’s with Monarch Safety Policy
- Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times
- Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures
- All other duties as assigned.

Pay range: $19.00 - $22.50
