Behavior Technician

**BehaviorCare is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism.** We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants and their families in New Jersey, Arizona and Illinois.

Currently we are looking for techs to service**:Chicago, Oak Park, Forest Park and Pilsen**

**Responsibilities as an ABA Therapist**:

- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting
- Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client

**What you need**:

- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Background check
- Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is a PLUS
