**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Shipping and Receiving**: Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- **Carrier Collaboration**: Work closely with carriers to schedule shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- **Communication Skills**: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain processes and actions clearly.
- **Time Management**: Demonstrate a strong sense of time organization and urgency to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Team and Independent Work**: Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- **Shipping Software Proficiency**: Process shipments using UPS and FedEx software.
- **System Familiarity**: Be familiar with the organization’s order systems, knowing where orders come from and where they need to go.
- **MS Office Skills**: Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Track, trace, and update the status of shipments regularly. Make sure goods reach its destination and troubleshoot when there are issues with shipment.
- **Delivery Booking**: Book in deliveries and distribute goods to designated locations within the building.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare necessary documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and customs (for international shipments) paperwork.
- **Respond to Changes**: Follow instructions and respond quickly to dynamic situations and changes in logistics plans. And the same time, be able to handle large roll-outs where products are shipped to more than 100 locations.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping (Fedex, UPS & Trucking), logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Educational Background**: A degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Multi-tasking**:Ability to quickly shift and multi-task efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with logistics software and tools, including UPS and FedEx shipping software.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve logístical issues effectively.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving packages as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills to interact with Account Management and Sales Team and carriers professionally.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
