Responsibilities:

- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct tire inspections to identify any potential issues or damage
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to assess tire and vehicle conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with customers
- Sales experience to assist customers in making informed tire choices
- Proficient in using hand tools for tire installations and repairs
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices
- Ability to diagnose and address tire-related issues
- Experience aligning tires for optimal performance
- Mechanical aptitude to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot tire-related problems
