**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Point Person for Franchisee Marketing**: Work directly with all franchisees to provide strategy and support. Manage relationships and deliver exceptional service that represents our brand to franchisees.
- **Develop Executable Strategy for Franchisees**: In coordination with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be pivotal in developing strategy and executable content in which franchisees can effectively execute. Specifically, providing resources to help franchisees grow in their local markets.
- **Manage Franchisee Progress**: Utilize exceptional project management skills to ensure that franchisees are on track with marketing tasks and have the support needed to complete them.
- **General Marketing**:Pickleball Kingdom is growing at an unprecedented rate. Success in this position requires flexibility in adjusting to various marketing tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communications skills that translate to energic and exemplary experiences for our franchisees to emulate.
- Excellent time management skills to simultaneously oversee multiple projects.
- Proficient skills in video editing and graphic design, capable of creating compelling content that is optimized for driving consumer engagement.
- Proven experience leading digital marketing and/or social media campaigns that resulted in measurable success.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work closely with a growing team that is shaping the industry of pickleball and sports.
