Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain guest relations by addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee reservations, room assignments, and billing processes
- Monitor and maintain the front office budget
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures

Pay:
Negotiable: Will be competitive based on Experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality management, or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
