**JOB SUMMARY**:
The** Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I **ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports hardware and software deployed within the Harris Health system via the IT Customer Service Center. This particular role will be for a split / night shift with alternating schedule 6 PM to 6:30 AM - 1st week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday / 2nd week - Wednesday and Thursday.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Two (2) year degree/certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience:
One of the Following is preferred:

- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)
- HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA)

**Work Experience**: 4 years within I.T., Three (3) years experience IT Service Call Center required, and One (1) year experience with Desktop OS and network infrastructure remote support.
