Job Summary:
We seek an AZ Board Licensed, skilled, and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with substance use and various mental health issues. Your expertise in counseling, clinical oversight, and therapeutic programming will be essential in helping clients achieve their mental wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments of clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals and needs
- Provide individual and oversight group counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns
- Provide clinical oversight training for staff
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in counseling, providing specialized support for individuals navigating substance use disorder challenges
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists in managing medication regimens for clients
- Experience in various therapies, utilizing creative expression as a therapeutic approach to communication and self-discovery
- Strong Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, and case managers
- Empathy and compassion for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job

Internship positions avialable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 6 per week
