We are seeking a meticulous Calibration Technician specializing in Backflow Test Kits to join our team at Test Gauge Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for calibrating Midwest Instruments backflow test kits, including models such as the 845-5, as well as Watts backflow test kits such as the Watts TK 99E and Watts TK9A and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct calibration procedures on backflow test kits according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform testing on backflow devices, including conducting dunk tests and utilizing master gauges to calibrate testers' gauges accurately.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all calibration processes, paying close attention to detail to maintain the highest level of quality control.
- Document calibration procedures and results accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any calibration-related issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment and conducting tests.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in calibration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in calibrating backflow test kits, specifically Midwest Instruments and Watts models, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in calibration processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
