**Duties**:

- Oversee all DPW BASOPS type services, engineering projects and Facilities Management related functions.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, assuring that commitments to the customer are met.
- Coordinate, manage and report project milestones and budgets from planning through completion.
- Represent the DPW as the primary point of contact for all Public Works issues.
- Keep the DPW fully informed of project progress, facilities/infrastructure issues and their resolution.

- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
- This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination.
- This position requires visits to construction sites and requires the wearing of protective clothing or equipment.
- Must obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Must obtain and maintain the Contracting Officer Representative certification upon entering the position and annually thereafter.

- **Specialized Experience**: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the federal service which includes the following: overseeing, planning, coordinating and tracking DPW BASOPS type services, engineering projects and Facilities Management related functions; monitoring project budgets and schedules, assuring that commitments to the customer are met; integrating schedules, milestones, budgets, responsibilities of the participating parties; providing status reports on projects.
