**Resident Services Director Responsibilities**:
- Supervise resident care staff
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling of resident care staff
- Control of staff budget, approve and disapprove employee days and overtime
- Provide and monitor resident care based on determined level of service
- Coordinate activities and services by following the interest, abilities and functional limitations of each individual resident's needs
