**Vacuum Attendant**

**Job Summary**

As a Vacuum Attendant at Aqua Auto Wash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the vacuum stations, ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and free of debris. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and contributes to creating a positive experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
**Vacuum Cleaning**
- Operate vacuum equipment efficiently to clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and floor mats.
- Pay attention to detail, ensuring no spots are missed during the cleaning process.
- Empty vacuum canisters regularly and maintain cleanliness of the vacuum area.

**Customer Interaction**
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with any questions or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote additional services (such as car wash upgrades) when appropriate.

**Maintenance**
- Regularly inspect vacuum equipment for any malfunctions or damage.
- Report maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Keep the vacuum area tidy and organized.

**Teamwork**
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours or when needed.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a car wash or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift equipment during shifts.
- Reliable and punctual.
