**SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applicants must be dependable, physically fit and able to lift 35 pounds to perform light to medium custodial activities, general maintenance and building repairs.
- They must be capable of working in a group setting and carrying out instructions with mínimal supervision.
- On the job duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and santizing, window clearning, trash pick up and disposal, minor repairs, and any other duties as assigned by the director of facilities**.**

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants must be 16 years or older. Those applicants under the age of 17 must have a work permit. Hudson residents can obtain a work permit at the High School Guidance Office by contacting Ms. Nola Ahearn at 978-567-6250 ext. 3127.
- The employee will have ample periods of standing and may be required to traverse throughout the building. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and use hand strength to grasp tools. Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery._Physical abilities may also include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field. Ability must be able to lift and/or push and pull 30 to 35lbs for short periods, and walk up and down stairs several times a day._
