**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As a Reliant Cleaning Float, you’ll be working alongside a team of custodians to ensure a quality focused environment. While delivering continuous improvement, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and influence your staff to be safety conscious and productive

- Facility inspections to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
- Meeting training expectations for on-boarding team members.
- Improvement ideas for staffing, productivity, and operations.
- Performing daily documentation regarding cleaning standards, concerns, and employee conduct.
- Anticipating initiative and prompt problem solving.
- Commuting from various worksites on a daily basis.

- Custodial supervisor: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (NECESSARY)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (NECESSARY)
