CSI is hiring for a Warehouse Associate - West Region at our Ceres,California location.

The Warehouse Associate - West Region is a key position crucial to the overall success of daily operations. Associates are expected to perform several warehouse tasks, with the ultimate goal of preserving inventory accuracy and executing job functions with the highest levels of efficiency possible. The individual in this role will perform multiple job functions including picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving shipments, scheduling freight, cycle counting, driving the delivery route and overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility. A Warehouse Associate - West Region at CSI must be able to do light repairs, have self-initiative, take pride and ownership in their tasks, and work well within a team or on their own. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) are required. High attention to detail and the desire to achieve 100% customer satisfaction is a must.

The Warehouse Associate - West Region duties include:
Primary Functions

Inbound Material Handling
- Receive all types of material per procedure recording transactions in ERP - daily
- Purchase Order Receipts
- Subcontractor Receipts
- Transfer Receipts
- Return Material Authorizations
- Scan and index documentation including MTR, COC, Supplier Packing Slips - daily
- Put away and stage parts, using applicable ERP transactions - daily
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations and procedures trained and/or implemented by CSI staff

Outbound Material Handling
- Pick orders, jobs and transfer orders per procedure recording transactions in ERP - daily
- Check, pack, and ship orders, jobs and transfer orders per procedure recording transactions in ERP - daily
- Run UPS Manifest - daily
- Retrieve and request applicable documentation for shipments when requested - daily
- Schedule and load truck shipments to prevent damage - daily
- Assist with local deliveries, as needed
- Take late shipments to FedEx and UPS
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations and procedures trained and/or implemented by CSI staff

General Utility in Warehouse
- Sweep floors; warehouse - daily
- Empty Trash; warehouse - daily
- Break down and/or stack pallets
- daily
- Break down cardboard boxes for recycling
- daily
- Wipe down shelves and straighten up inventory
- daily
- Clean break room (table, floors, refrigerator, dishes, and microwave)
- Straighten inventory shelves when shipping is slow
- Other duties as assigned
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations and procedures trained and/or implemented by CSI staff

Inventory Control
- Timely and accurate cycle and full physical counts - Daily
- Run count sheets
- Enter counts
- Investigate and turn in variances for posting
- Create and update bin assignments for inventory to maximize efficiency - Daily
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations and procedures trained and/or implemented by CSI staff

General Utility in Warehouse
- Accurately complete timecard
- Adhere to OCS standards for the warehouse
- Sweep floors; warehouse
- Empty Trash; warehouse
- Break down and/or stack pallets
- Break down cardboard boxes for recycling
- Wipe down shelves and straighten up inventory
- Clean break room (table, floors, refrigerator, dishes, and microwave)
- Submit supplies requisition to Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor

**Salary**: $20 - $22 an hour

Education/Training:

- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification, required
- Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeurs’ license to drive delivery truck
