Catering Manager

**Job Summary**:
Calling experienced Off Prem Catering Managerswe are looking for you to join our New York City team. The role is full time, on site and all things catered. As a CEP Catering Manager, you will work closely with clients, get the down-low on event specifics, create crave worthy F&B proposals, coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.
Salesmanship. Creativity. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Bring it all.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in offsite catering is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $75,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
