**Overview**:
Malasha Technologies Inc. (MTI) is a specialized consulting company for Systems Applications and Products (SAP) enterprise software implementations. We are urgently seeking for immediate hire a talented Junior Business Objects Data Services (BODS) Developer to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in systems modeling to enhance software development processes.
- Support database analysis, design, implementation, and testing procedures.
- Analyze and document client needs and requirements accurately.
- Participate in meetings to ensure client expectations are understood and met.
- Potentially deliver client presentations to communicate project progress and results effectively.
- Develop expertise in SAP S/4 data migration methodology using BODS.
- Implement SAP S/4 data migration processes, including working with IDocs (inbound and outbound) end-to-end.
- Utilize BAPI and standard Function Modules in SAP for data migration tasks.
- Work with transformation and load techniques of BODS for efficient data migration.
- Develop SAP BODS ETL jobs, workflows, and dataflows for data loading using IDOCs, LSMW, and Data Migration Cockpit.
- Handle Non-SAP sources for data extraction, including ODBC, flat files, and CSV files.
- Familiarity and experience with Rapid Data Migration with SAP services methodology is desirable.

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Any experience in SAP S/4 data migration methodology using BODS will be a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4 as a target and working with IDocs (inbound and outbound) for data migration.
- Understanding and utilizing BAPI and standard Function Modules in SAP.
- Familiarity with transformation and load techniques of BODS.
- Experience in developing SAP BODS ETL jobs, workflows, and dataflows.
- Knowledge of data loading techniques using IDOCs, LSMW, and Data Migration Cockpit.
- Experience with Non-SAP sources for data extraction, including ODBC, flat files, and CSV files.
- Exposure to Rapid Data Migration with SAP services methodology will be a plus.
