**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Enrichment Department Associate is a 75% F/T position with benefits reporting to the Director of Outreach Programs in implementing the school's strategic initiative to further professionalize, grow and market the school’s enrichment department, developing existing programs and implementing new ones, with eye toward quality, customer service, parent and student satisfaction, alternative revenue stream generation, and the use of industry best practices.
**CURRENT ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS**
- Day Care and After School Activities (ASA)
- Vacation camps during the school year (1 week each in October, Feb and April)
- Summer camps for six weeks in the summer from mid-June to end of July
- International Language School programs / HS SDFAS Saturday programs
- Adult language classes
- Assist with daily logistics of day care and after school programs
- Manage and deliver effective communication and provide support to the community
- Site supervision for Maternelle
**TYPE & STRUCTURE OF POSITION**
Non-Exempt year-round administrative support position with benefits. The hours are generally for 6.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with one half-hour in that time frame for unpaid lunch break to be discussed and worked out with the Director of Outreach Programs. The regular working hours are between 11:30am and 6:00 pm but this could vary depending on the needs of the school. These hours may be adjusted during the summer months from mid-June to mid-August, again to be discussed and worked out with the Director of Outreach Programs for that summer camp period of time. The position may require the employee to work outside of the regular week hours (for example to support the Saturday morning programs) - in this case, the week hours could be modified under the approval of the Director of Outreach Programs.
**REPORTING**
The Enrichment Associate is an administrative support position reporting to the Director of Outreach Programs.
**Eligibility**
Clean background check; proof of negative TB; Covid-19 testing if/as required by the School; ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs; authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
**Education, Related Prior Experience and Linguistic Profile**
- Associate degree in art with major in early childhood and administration or 3 ECE units each in the following:
- Child development
- Administration
- child family and community
- Toddler
- Program curriculum
- Prior experience in working in a school setting preferred
- Prior experience in working in people management / logistics preferred
- Bilingual English-French preferred
- Bilingual in any other language other than French, and/or life experience abroad is also a plus.
