Responsible for Sweetser Training Institute and Organizational Training and Development student registration and administration; assists in provision of internal organization training to Sweetser employees and Affiliates.

**SCHEDULE**:
Monday through Friday

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- Register external customers and Affiliates for Sweetser Training Institute workshops; prepares all copies, prepares all evaluations and data analysis of evaluations.
- Prepare all attendance sheets and certificates of completion of trainings.
- Enroll and complete Relias registrations for external trainings.
- Request Relias training transcript transfers from previous employers.
- Produce organizational charts; excel spreadsheets, survey monkey, and power points as needed.
- Create training history reports for users and licensing auditors.
- Assist in the development of training material, including audio/visual productions, editing and copying.
- Support live training workshops and orientations as needed.
- Act as support for callers needing technical assistance with training management system.
- Conduct Trainings (i.e., Orientation, First Aid/CPR, Customer Service)
- Occasional travel between Sweeter locations.

**EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience working with a training management system preferred.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Persons with lived experience in the Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse system are encouraged to apply.
