**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team. A team player, motivated, driven individual with high customer service. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations, and managing the escrow process efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing
- Review contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a smooth closing process
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
- Conduct financial transactions related to escrow accounts
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the escrow process

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role
- Proficiency in 10 key typing and math skills
- Knowledge of financial services, escrow, and mortgage servicing
- Experience with loan processing, contract review, and credit analysis
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, FNMA guidelines, and escrow procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
