Our offerings include The Signatory Magazine, Signatory App, and the annual Signatory Contractors Conference.

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Business Partner and Membership Director to spearhead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships and expand membership within the construction industry. This executive role is crucial for fostering relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, as well as enhancing partner and member involvement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partnership Development: Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Partnership Involvement: Oversee partner involvement in programs, services, and events.
- Membership Growth: Implement initiatives to boost awareness and engagement with our offerings among members and contractors.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for partnership and membership strategies.
- Service Member Needs: Address and fulfill the needs of member contractors and affiliate organizations.
- Membership Sales/Marketing: Actively sell and market our membership to eligible contractors and organizations.
- Promotion of Value: Promote the value of us to the broader industry.
- Project and Committee Management: Manage other national projects and committees as assigned by the CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the construction industry and/or non-profit sector.
- Understanding of labor-management relations in a union environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation with a mature, independent work ethic.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Capable of working effectively in a non-structured environment and with staff in remote locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay: $56,086.71 - $67,545.29 per year
