Ophthalmic Photographer

Illinois Retina Associates was established in 1976 and is the leading practice devoted to diagnosing and treating diseases of the retina, macula and vitreous in the Chicagoland area. We have 13 office locations to provide excellent service to our patients close to their home. We are looking to add to our clinical team in Skokie. **Responsibilities**:

- Our Ophthalmic photographer is responsible for providing assistance to the physicians which allows patient care to be delivered in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Performs a variety of duties including but not limited to, OCT’S, Fluorescein and ICG angiography (giving IV injections preferred but not required) and Color Fundus and Auto Fluorescence photos
- Will be cross trained with technicians for patient intake for EMR
- Maintain instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA standards
- Follow all safety procedures as per protocol guidelines
- Coordinate, communicate effectively with and assist other departments
- Inventory and ordering

Education/Certification
- CPR certification is encouraged
- High School Diploma

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
