**Creative Director, Marketing**

**Position Summary**
- Museum of the Bible’s mission is to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible. The Creative Director is a crucial part of Museum of the Bible’s Marketing Communication efforts and should therefore be passionate about connecting the Bible to people of all walks of life, finding new and creative ways to communicate history, narrative and impact of this life-changing book in MOTB’s unique voice. He/she is a member of the leadership team of this leading, world-class not-for-profit organization. Leading the creative efforts for Museum of the Bible enables the Creative Director to have their work, passion, and leadership impact millions of lives around the globe.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the exhibits and curatorial teams to bring the brand to life through the creation and design of educational and engaging exhibitions, attractions and experiences.
- Create consistent, compelling and memorable Museum of the Bible brand experiences in all content creation including marketing and communications, museum signage, internal museum experiences, exhibitions, retail products and curriculum.
- Partner with the CMO, the external creative agencies, and other internal constituents in developing and executing the overall marketing strategy.
- Act as chief brand ambassador and protector.
- Improve quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness of all marketing and internal branding and content creation efforts.
- Develop/enhance creative processes, practices and structure to build a healthy and highly functioning creative team.
- Coach, mentor and develop the creative staff.
- Oversee fulfillment of all projects; and work with project management to maintain a master marketing production calendar.
- Speak into website and App design, strategy and customer experience.
- Partner with and support Revenue, Curatorial and Development departments in creative strategy and the production of their materials.
- Support the PR and Communications Director with development of creative content for use in social media.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field such as marketing, advertising, communication or design
