**NEL Frequency Controls - (On-site) Burlington, WI location**
NEL Frequency Controls, Inc, is a leading manufacturer of crystal oscillators and other electronic frequency control products, shipping to customers all over the world. **Job responsibilities**:
- Precisely follow directions on the Work Order, Drawing, and Bill of Materials to load and program the MyData computer.
- Order parts/circuit boards from Stockroom. Return unused parts to Stockroom.
- Visually Inspect circuit boards for quality and correct placement, with naked eye and with the use of a microscope. Find and report mistakes.
- Clean the boards and submit work to Quality Assurance for inspection. Upon approval, proceed to the next step on the Work Order.
- Complete documentation.
- Count parts as needed.
- Follow safety, cleaning, and maintenance procedures for proper use of all tools, machinery, and the work area.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to see clearly through a microscope
- Must be VERY detail oriented, able to focus/concentrate on the specific tasks on each Work Order, and perform the steps with a mínimal number of errors as directed
- Good understanding of basic math skills
- Able to distinguish differences in long number sequences (part numbers)
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good attendance record
**Skills and Experience**:
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk; won't be stuck in one position all day. NO heavy lifting.
- Possible opportunity for overtime; but not required.
**Schedule**:
- 8-hour day shift - Monday to Friday
