Clubhouse Cashier

Looking to hire 1 additional team member that can work the whole season, now till mid
- November. Ideally looking for someone that can do 2-3 shifts a week (typically 6 hour shifts), and is available for the weekends. Most importantly, flexible to cover shifts as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to golf on their days off.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Check out customers for green fees and food/drink in the clubhouse, ensuring pricing accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, including sweeping/moping the floors, and wiping down the tables and counters.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide course information
- Take out/put away golf carts at the beginning/end of the shift
- Maintain basic cleanliness of golf carts
- Collaborate with team members for coverage of shifts

- Golf experience is a preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash-handling purposes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
