**In this role you will**:

- Review Work Orders: Assess specifications for cutting or printing processes, including material details, dimensions, and tool specifications.
- File Management: Load and match cut or print files, ensuring accuracy and visibility of registration dots.
- Material Handling: Load materials onto cutting beds or printers, verifying correct settings and inspecting for defects.
- Equipment Setup: Set up machines for cutting or printing, inputting values such as tool bits, feed rates, and cutting depths.
- Routing/Cutting Operations: Program routers, change tool bits, and adjust settings for optimal cutting performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct test cuts or small print samples, making adjustments as needed to ensure top-notch quality.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment throughout the job, ensuring proper functionality, and addressing malfunctions promptly.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and departments to foster cooperation and ensure timely delivery of prints.
- Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, deburring, and cleaning items as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate quantity counts and work order documentation.
- Production Flow: Advance cut or printed products to the next station in the production process.
- Cleanliness and Waste Management: Clean and vacuum cutting or printing equipment after each use, managing waste responsibly.
- Material Reuse: Store unused materials in designated areas for reuse.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Large Format Print Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in handling routing/cutting equipment, flatbed printers, and roll-to-roll printers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality prints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Work Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm

**Pay Range**:
$18 - $20 per hour
