**The Janitorial Operations Manager helps ensure that Club Clean exceeds its promises to its clients.**
- Ensuring that all periodic work and post-construction projects are completed timely, profitably and to client satisfaction.

**Strategic Work**:

- Know the mission
- Know the due dates for all periodic work and special projects.
- Creates recurring schedule for the periodic services
- Educating self on new floor materials
- Plan projects & track time budgets and supplies/equipment costs as projects progress

**TACTICAL WORK**
- Audit all periodic work and projects to confirm we are servicing to clients satisfaction.
- Train workers how to correctly perform tasks.
- Ordering supplies needed for the projects within a timely manner
- Maintain floor equipment
- Confirm that all equipment is in working order
- Cleans equipment on a recurring schedule
- Communicates repairs that may be needed/ schedules repairs
- Create work orders ahead of time based on floor inspection
- Creating a floor maintenance plan
- Create training materials for periodic work team
- Perform training
- When necessary, “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.

**Qualifications**
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager or similar position.
- Great communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
