With a reputation for excellence and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent with retail experience to join our team.

**Position Overview**:

- **Responsibilities**:_

**Project Management**:

- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate on-site construction teams.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance.

**Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Uphold strict safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project efficiency.

**Communication Skills**:

- Facilitate clear and concise communication within the project team and with external partners.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in high end retail and commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficient in project scheduling software.
- OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
