We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Parts Sorter to join our team at Kibex LLC. As a Parts Sorter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our parts sorting process. This position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Inspect parts for defects, damage, or irregularities, and remove any items that do not meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sorted parts, including quantities, condition, and location.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation efforts as needed.
- Package sorted parts for storage, shipment, or further processing, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to count and calculate inventory accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.48 - $24.95 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
