Perform all activities related to running the autoclaves and fulfilling the requirements of the traveler work instructions

Operate 1 or more autoclaves.

Open communication with supervisor as well as management and project engineer.

Eliminate downtime on machines and report any issues to management immediately

**KEY DUTIES**:
Ensure that all labor hours are accurately recorded

Ensure familiarity with all appropriate work instructions and procedures and request assistance if something is not understood.

Follow traveler instructions to ensure standards and requirements are met.

Marking of all operation completion stamps and OSV stamps upon conclusion of every operation. Ensure accurate entry of job information into autoclave computer for reliable results. Ensure reports of autoclave results are obtained and included with the job documentation.

Responsible for individual efficiency and quality

Clean work areas are kept clean and organized.

Weekly completion of operator maintenance checklist

Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements and APC safety procedures.

Adhere to Export Compliance Program

The position includes all other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position or as may be assigned.

Min. high school education or equivalent and at least 2 years experience.

Procedure and work instruction training: On the job and general and all-hands training

ABC Safety Training. ABC Export Compliance training

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
