**Beverage Delivery Driver**

San Diego, CA

Coast Beverage is family owned Beverage Distributor in Import, Domestic, Craft Beer, Spirits and Non-Alcoholic products. When you work for Coast Beverage, you are part of a progressive, growing organization with a reputation for high quality products, professional customer service and great relationships with our customers.

We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Driver with a Class B license. As a Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and operating a electric pallet jack within a warehouse; all with an exceptional attitude _**Our trucks are rated for a class B license and therefore you MUST have a Class B at minimum.**_

**Essential Duties**:

- Able to drive safely and efficiently to deliver product to customer's place of business without damaging product.
- Collects money and checks from customers, makes change, records transactions on customer receipt and obtains customer signature on receipt acknowledging delivery.
- Endorses all checks from accounts and keeps monies received in a safe, secure place.
- Places product in the appropriate place at the account & picks up expired product as instructed or required as part of the daily delivery procedure.
- Maintains proper maintenance and cleanliness of all Operational equipment.
- Follows safety protocol and training while maintaining safety measures at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product.
- Ability to operate various types of machinery to include, but not limited to lift trucks, hand trucks, etc.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in the performance of various tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Current California Class B License with clean driving record and up to date registration.
- Reliable vehicle able to get to and from work
- Professional attitude & excellent customer service skills
- 1 year prior experience in any delivery job

**Job Type**:Full-time, 4 days per week at 10 hour shifts.
