**Empire Hyundai of Jamaica: Sales Consultant**
Are you passionate about sales and helping others? Are you ready to take that extra step as a leader? Jamaica Hyundai has an opportunity for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record of success to lead. We have a great opportunity with an aggressive pay plan and a structured bonus/commission to meet our large, ready to roll inventory This position will allow you to develop your leadership skills while helping consumers sort out their automotive needs, creating both personal and financial goals.
**_ Some Empire sales consultants make over 100k in their first year_**
**Your daily work schedule**:
- You will continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; knows the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies for new and used cars.
- You will develop relationships with customers to build a client-base for life.
- You will exhibit consultative selling skills and assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- You will perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- You will follow up with buyers to ensure a successful referral business.
- You will learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- You will become a team leader by helping the sales team achieve their goals set by management.
- You will report directly to the Senior Management team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyzes.
- You will bring leadership, ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every single day.

**Qualities we’re looking for**:
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire Hyundai in a professional matter.
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.
- You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic while leading.
- You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- You have at least three years of prior employment in the automotive industry.
- You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- You have strong computer and multitasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office.
- You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
- You have shown stability in the job industry, growing in each position you worked.
- You have a valid and clean NY state driver’s license and pass a drug and background check.
