Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Assisting with patient check-ins and updating records accurately
- Providing administrative support to veterinary staff as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a veterinary or medical receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer software and veterinary management systems
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners

This position does have rotating weekend shifts

**Experience**:
