**Established Construction company seeks experienced full-time estimator**

**Developing estimates and bids for construction projects.**

**Completing take-offs to gather information for bids.**

**Reading plans and specifications.**

**Reviewing sites and obtain information for estimates on existing buildings.**

**Designing solutions for customer’s problems.**

**Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Microsoft Word and Excel.**

**Good interpersonal and written communication skills.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strategic and lasting relationships with existing and new customers and industry contacts.
- Visit project locations, attend pre-bid meetings, and asses drawings & specifications.
- Manage sales leads from initiating through to closure.
- Project take-offs. Length/area calculations, measurements & pictures, create aerial maps, formulate the scope of work.
- Schedule, collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with the project manager.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects concurrently.
- Proficiency with computers, handheld devices, and MS365 Office Suite.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- Submission of detailed, current resume outlining qualifications and relevant experience.
- Construction Estimate: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Representative: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
