Overview:
TITLE**:_Report Writer/Analyst_**

REPORTS TO**:_Clinical Compliance Manager_**

CONTACTS**:_Center Staff, State, Medicaid, Community, Administration_**

Under direction, will create reports and forms providing vital information to the Center Administration to aid them in having the different departments run efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Functions**
- Run monthly reports showing both clinical and financial numbers.
- Design custom reports using Java; SQL; PL/SQL; HTML; and other necessary languages that can be integrated into the center’s EHR system.
- Maintain/change reports in response to the center’s needs.
- Meet and collaborate with the EHR Systems Administrator and Clinical Compliance Manager, along with the Senior Management Team to understand EHR data and informational/analytic needs.
- Will be required to learn the center’s EHR and/or manual recording and computerized information systems utilized by the center.
- Consults with system users to define their needs.
- Keeps current with developments in IT.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**

Education:_** Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare, or Finance

**_
Skills:_** Familiarity with PENTAHO (preferred); Proficiency in Java; SQ; MS Office (specifically Excel)

**_
Experience:_** Experience in a healthcare setting and understanding of clinical/business operational areas when reporting (preferred)
