**Job Description: NSC Soy Oil Plant**

The purpose of the position is to monitor equipment associated with the production of our soybean oil. The employee will consistently monitor the process to continually improve the safety and quality of our oil. The employee must have some experience with computers.

As a Nutrition Service employee, you will:

- Do what it takes to get the job done
- Learn various quality control functions including operation of testing equipment for soy oil, visual inspection of all products, and measuring physical inventory on a periodic basis
- Learn how to perform tasks in a safe and productive manner
- Ability to work around dust and other airborne particles, work in outdoor weather conditions
- Certain bagging jobs will need to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Learn to use basic mechanical tools to perform the required duties.
- Learn to use computer operational equipment.
- Be able to communicate with customers and co-workers
- Starting at $20/hour
