**Essential Job Functions**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Primary scope of position includes but is not limited to:

- Ensure accuracy in the calculation of sales commission for various operations of the company, including but not limited to: General Managers, Area Sales Managers, Key Account and Product Sales Managers.
- Compile and distribute individual statements in a timely manner.
- Perform and report to management overall sales commission analysis.
- Problem solves commission related issues by working with the sales departments, human resources, and management.
- Updating the commission file daily with the most up-to-date cash collection information
- Research discrepancies and correct customer/employee accounts, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete commission records and support documents in organized manner for audit purposes.
- Assist with management reports.
- Various other general accounting projects, including recording accruals for commission related expenses.
- Other duties as required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 5-7 years of related experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal reporting, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- SAP experience preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**:
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.

**Physical Demands**:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.

Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.

Occasional: Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
