Reservation Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to join our team. As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with travel planning, hotel reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. **Duties**:

- Assist customers in making hotel reservations and travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software
- Coordinate with hotels and other travel partners to ensure smooth booking processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, availability, and promotions
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cancellations or modifications to existing reservations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in travel planning, hotel reservations, or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven sales ability with a focus on achieving targets
- Familiarity with reservation software or booking systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
