RegScan part of Enhesa Group is growing our Data Operations department and is looking to add a high-energy individual who will support our data production team.
**Description**:
A QA/QC Editor performs database administrative and formatting duties, as assigned, in the production of regulatory electronic text products. Functional areas covered are proofing and assisting Content Database Editors.
**Responsibilities**:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Verifying text, illustrations, and electronic documents match the original published document, and the structure follows our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Performs formatting and editorial corrections as part of the proofing stage of production as assigned on electronic text files, utilizing automated processes on internal systems.
- Assist Content Database Editors with editing electronic data, filing, etc.
- Maintains high-level knowledge of product structures, and performs the functions required to maintain products in a current or complete manner.
- Organize and maintain work assignment materials in conjunction with standard operating procedures.
- Maintains workstation in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements and skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.
- **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- **LANGUAGE SKILLS**: Ability to read and interpret legal publications such as final rules and adopted regulations. A high level of skill in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
- **WORK ENVIRONMENT**: Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate due to shared office environment. Must have ability to focus in a shared environment.
**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpretation (analytical) skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Extensive computer knowledge
- Ability to work both individually and with team to meet deadlines
- Ability to stay focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to build working relationships
- High attention to detail is essential
Pay: From $15.87 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
