We're on the hunt for a proactive and analytical team member to join our Wine and Grape Supply (WGS) team. In this vital role, you'll collaborate with WGS Management and our commercial/functional partners to dive deep into our current wine position, delivering fact-based recommendations that will shape our short and long-term grape and wine supply strategy.

What You'll Bring to the Table: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing reporting and analysis across grape supplied businesses, leading financial planning processes, and spearheading regular cross-functional meetings to support our financial, supply, and annual harvest S&OP processes. You'll be our go-to person for maintaining large data sets, including the WGS data warehouse, analyzing data to develop solid recommendations. With your keen eye for process improvement, you'll identify, advise, and implement strategies that enhance our business operations.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the winery's demands, both short and long-term, who can participate actively in developing our company's wine and grape supply strategy. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members, create tools that transform data into actionable insights, and lead project initiatives will be critical in this role.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of Gallo business analytics and financial modeling work.
- Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

**What Will Set You Apart**:
Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in finance, operations, supply chain, or IT reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Wine industry experience.

Experience with Wine Manager and Gallo Wine Management systems.

Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, & MS Access.

Experience with SAP, SAP IBP and AO.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy.

Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.

Experience working on special projects.

Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Experience with database structure and design.

Experience reading and writing SQL queries, Python or other programming languages.

Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and customers.

Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.

Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

**Compensation**:

- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $67,000 - $100,400 / year.
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
