Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

**Duties**:

- Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the shift
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel activities and financial data
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed
- Assist in setting up breakfast items in the morning

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
