**Responsibilities**

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, promoting operational excellence.

**Resource Management**:

- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

**Process Optimization**:

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Budget Management**:

- Help develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations while meeting production targets.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components for production.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate clear communication between different departments, fostering collaboration and synergy within the organization.

**Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, analyze data, and present findings to senior management.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience within related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
